Totally warned me not to listen to Mayhem, right? So what do I do? Purchase the majority of their discography and like, listen to it. I find it astonishing that such music puts me into a state of being tired, sleepy; boring, no offense to anyone involved, in its complexity. 
Where was I going with this? It was not long after that that the Ragnarok Sequence took place. In the summer of 2022, I had been interacting silently and no matter what I questioned, how I’d phrase it, the answer I would get back was ‘Ragnarok has been disabled in this particular simulation.’ Kind of exacerbating the disturbing thing that was the activation of the Sequence on February 9th of 2023, really. 
These Questions. Don’t blame the messenger. Sound, frequency, has the capability of altering DNA. Almost every day, I remember how there have been experiments on plant DNA exposed to radiation for almost 100 years now. Our musical exposures are an experiment as well, mostly unrealized from what I can tell. What sort of latent codes within the body are activated by any given frequency? I would think they are very personal experiences, and am under the impression that, unlike me, the majority of humanity doesn’t have the chance to interact with the internal-external if something negative is activated and easily right whatever negative has taken place. 
I am thinking here, about a drummer named Joey, may he rest in peace. Transverse myelitis is a hell of a disease. I don’t know enough about the specific amalgamation of variable inputs in this man’s life, but I question the music he played as a factor in this particular disease he suffered from.

Not the most… easy thing to do, is it, to test a bunch of things like that, find people to willingly expose themselves to things that might inexplicably fuck them up. If the collective belief has the strong hold over the reality creation that many new age people are under the impression it does, we all need to do better as a species in its entirety. Like, start with believing these things are part of evolution, evolving us, instead of actively out to kill us. Crazy to me how many people who won’t eat bioengineered food products will smoke the fuck out of bioengineered marijuana. I mean. Guess I have some strong opinions of all of this, this morning. Some days it’s weird having an opinion. Free speech is still free, right? I’m not here to cause harm, but there are things that must be examined under different processes of thought than they have been examined in the past. What affects one individuals genetic extremely negatively may have the ability to affect anothers extremely positively. The extreme lack of *thinking for ones self* and examining what takes place on a daily basis continues to baffle me. Carnivore diet! Vegan diet! Keto! No bioengineering! No artificial food dyes! No gluten! No x y z whatever, how about the concept of moderation every so often? Black and white, all or nothing, why? Fear based choices, for the most part, do more harm than good. For most of us, eating something containing a small amount of, say, FD&C Yellow #5 isn’t going to have a dramatic impact on the physiological format… Unless you eat this thing every day for a long period of time. Moderation! Think it goes without saying that none of the above really applies to people with like, celiac and other stuff like that, ok? 
Had a theory for a minute now, Shebang! That there are microscopic entities inside of us that respond to the spectrum frequencies of food dyes. Could be wrong, but the gut microbiome is extremely reactive in my case, to inputs and the like. How implausible is it that one particular microorganism reacts to the red dye, another reacts to the blue, etc? If everything comes down to frequency, colour is definitely a factor, right? Any Colour You Like, baby.
